To be sure you access all the more than 155 photographs, as well as a short start-up and walk-around video, and a link to its accident and damage-free Carfax history, please go to our main website: Garage Kept Motors.) Relative to European cars, this car is a crazy bargain… €” Doug Demuro, June 2017 Demuro continued: The funny thing is, I’ve read a few reviews of this car, and they all say amazing things, as if the car is one of those child prodigies that masters the flute by age 4 and graduates from college by age 9. So I was expecting it to be good, but I was also expecting those reviews to be a little bit fluff…. But no. The reviews are good because the car is simply amazing. It’s honestly hard to describe how good this car is, except to say that few vehicles I’ve driven have made me feel more confident, more secure and more certain that I could read every single move the car was about to make, and it, too, could perfectly respond to all of my moves. The transmission and gear-selector action is absolutely incredible in the sense that they move with precision, exactly how you’d design a gear selector if you were making the perfect performance car. The steering is precise, the chassis feels like a true sports car’s, and somehow, in some way, they made this thing handle on the very best level of every high-end sports car I’ve ever driven in my life. Offered here is a 2018 Shelby GT350 R in Magnetic Gray over black. The car’s standard R equipment includes: Voodoo 5.2L/526 HP DOHC 32V V-8 engine 429 lb-ft of torque 6-speed manual transmission Cold air intake Flat plane crankshaft 3.73 Torsen® limited slip differential Oil coolers for engine, transmission, and differential Brembo disc brakes Electronic adaptive MagneRide® suspension Ebony interior with Red accents Carbon fiber rear wing 19 Inch carbon fiber wheels In addition, this car received a documented replacement engine from Ford in July of 2021. At that time, the Carfax buyback alert was entered on the report. No damage of any sort to the car occurred or was recorded at that time. In all, the car’s digital odometer shows 6205 miles. The car’s Magnetic Gray metallic paint is unblemished, uniformly glossy, and perfectly appropriate for a Shelby creation. The twin, over-the-top, matte-black-with-thin-red-trim racing stripes harken to the Shelby Mustangs of old. (To best assess the quality of the paint and trim finishes, please be sure to view the close-up photographs of the car in the accompanying gallery.) All trim (including the front Shelby-branded splitter spoiler) is free of wear; all emblems (including the red Shelby cobra emblems front and rear, and GT350 fender emblems) are in their factory-applied locations. Gloss-black-painted, 19-inch, 7-spoke carbon-fibe-composite wheels are mounted with Michelin 303/30 performance tires. Red-painted Brembo®-branded brake calipers and cross-drilled rotors are easily visible through the open-wheel design. The Shelby’s exterior paint work has been professionally ceramic-coated. This GT350 R could’ve just rolled out of a Ford-dealer showroom. Inside, the same unblemished descriptor applies to every surface, all executed in black with tasteful red accents and brushed-metal enhancements. Recaro-branding in red accents the black, very well-bolstered racing seats (with suede inserts); red stitching and red R embroidery on the headrests add more visual pop. Door-trim design echoes this look, including the red accent stitch
