EXTERIOR
All badging and body trim removed. Then resprayed in the correct factory white, and ceramic coated in the correct five-step process to preserve its luster. All window glass is good, chrome bumpers are factory shiny, roof rack is good condition. All new halogen headlight and tail light kit and LED chin spoiler cowl lights. Original headlights and tail lights are saved and come with the car.
WHEELS/TIRES
All new 17-inch American Racing Torque Thrust II wheels. All new 255/70/R17 Hankook Dynapro II sport radial tires. Only a few hundred miles on the tires as of this ad writing.
INTERIOR
Original dash, seats, carpets, door panels, and headliner are all in excellent condition, showing very little wear. All dash features, gauges, front and rear climate control, window and seat motors, heated rearview mirrors, courtesy lights, etc. are functional.
Audio upgrade includes a Jensen 9-inch touch-screen multimedia receiver with Bluetooth, USB, push-to-talk voice access, 8-band graphic EQ, speaker upgrades, and Boss subwoofer. The installation was done by a pro audio shop and NO cuts were made. I also have the original Delco stereo in case buyer wants to return to stock stereo.
MECHANICAL
The drive train and suspension have been gone through from stem to stern, with hoses, belts, wires, gaskets, and fluids changed as needed. New R134 AC system, water pump, fuel pump, power steering pump. New brakes all around, new master cylinder. New battery, new Delco air shocks. New upper control arms and bushings, Pittman arm, engine and transmission mounts, and transmission tail shaft. All mechanical work documented with receipts.
Suspension lowered by a professional shop, with a 3-inch coil spring drop in the front and a 2-inch drop in the rear using lowering shackles. NO cuts! The result is a subtle ‘California rake’, a slightly forward-leaning stance.
Custom cold air intake and upgraded fuel injection system have turned this very fast Yukon into a bit of a hot rod. Flow Master exhaust adds a nice subtle rumble. Undercarriage and engine bay are ASTONISHINGLY clean and rust-free as photos show. Glossy factory paint on the rockers and floor pans! The vehicle is essentially in Barrett Jackson showroom condition. It meets California emission standards.

INVESTMENT
Over $12,000 has been spent restoring and tastefully customizing this beautiful Yukon. Daily driver or weekend cruiser, it’s a huge value, given that a new or late model Yukon can go for $65k to $85k. OBD (On Board Diagnostics) make mechanical issues easy to diagnose, and parts for these super popular SUV’s are readily available and will be for years.
With 65 restorations of modern classics sold to investors worldwide, I know that late 20th century vehicles with low miles will continue to go UP in value, not down. 90’s era Tahoe’s and Yukon’s are just now entering into collectability. Now’s the time.
