1993 Chevy Camaro Z28~Only 14,294 miles…Indianapolis Pace Car 1 of Only 22 Official IMS (Indianapolis 500 Motor Speedway) Cars…There were officially only 645 actual decorated 1993 Chevy Camaro Indianapolis Pace Cars….of those only 132 total cars were used in actual Indianapolis 500 promotions or actual track use…of those …only 22 Total Cars were used at the actual Indianapolis 500 Race Event….This #47 Car was used along with 21 other cars for a parade around the track and actual RaceTrack Duties…Very Rare!!! I have included necessary photos of documentation in the photos…
The car has a 5.7LV-8 with 275 Horsepower and T-Tops …A very rare Pace Car that was actually documented and used in full capacity at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway…This car runs and performs Spectacular…
The car has been maintained extremely well…The interior is near Perfect! The exterior and paint are good.. The car could use a Deep Buffing and Wax….There is a crack on top of the rear spoiler that needs to be corrected as well… Other than that..The Car is an Excellent..Documented and Preserved True Actual Indy Pace Car….
This car was originally factory shipped to Bill Estes Chevrolet in Indianapolis and then assigned the Indy Pace Car #47 and designated to #69 Driver Ken Liffick …who was the Indianapolis 500 Motor Speedway Assistant to the CEO…After the race….It was one of 11 of these cars shipped to dealership ships in Ohio…at the time the stock Z-28 cars were carrying a MSRP of $22,800 ….This car …because of the documentation and Official Pace car status…sold for $27,900..because it was an actual pace car track car..Very Rare!….Bill and Sue Liddy of Perry,Ohio were officially the first owners…it was sold with just 13,700 miles…it has been cared for and stored in recent years…and Is now available for purchase..once again…
