Very nice ALL ORIGINAL ’74 Monte Carlo Landau. I’ve had “Hazel” for a little over a year with plans to continually tinker and show it off at shows. Life always takes a turn and plans change so I am offering her for sale. It has a 350 2BBL and as anyone knows 1974 was a time of change and didn’t turn out very much HP (around 145), but is a dream to cruise in!

Car has been garaged its whole life and never winter-driven.

Items I have repaired since owning it: New radiator Re-manufactured 2BBL Rochester Carb (I kept original carb) Seatbelt webbing professionally replaced 4 new shocks New OEM-style hood insulation blanket Comes with a heavy duty car cover (car has always been garaged since new) I have all the original documentation including window sticker and factory build sheet I bought new distributor cap and plugs, but never installed so they are included

I had the car professionally inspected prior to purchasing site-unseen by AAG and still have the report / photos they took. Car hasn’t been repainted, but there are a couple spots where possible touchups were noticed by AAG. It has ZERO body rust and I had the paint professionally ceramic sealed locally to preserve it as-is. The interior is immaculate and never smoked in, plus original color-matching GM floor mats are included. I believe the full-size spare is original and in great shape as well as bumper jack. I don’t think either has ever been removed from immaculate trunk.

I have been in contact with the 2nd owner who bought it in 1992. I got the whole history of the car and who owned her previously etc. She said car has never been in an accident or re-painted during her ownership.
