This classic 1973 Ford Bronco was given a full custom restoration that mixes the legendary 4×4 prowess with modern comforts like A/C, a five-speed, four-wheel disc brakes, and a well-built fuel-injected V8. It makes for the ultimate way to look bold and capable on or off-road.

The paint stays close to its factory-correct Mallard Green, except now there’s plenty of metallic flake to give this Bronco a custom car level of flair. And speaking of custom, the custom contoured hood is both rugged and premium. So with its upper-class style and deep green paint, this American Bronco could almost be mistaken for a Land Rover Series 4×4. But what you’ll really love is the level of thoughtfulness that nicely integrates the added capability. For example, you have some beefy bumpers with a push bar up front, a full-size spare on the rear, and plenty of LEDs on both. But their pewter color looks good against the metallic green, and the removable hardtop and wraparound waistline trim were also painted to match. And the six inches of lift on the suspension means you can fit a terrific set of off-road tires without having to make severe cuts to the fenders. Electronically deploying side steps, LED headlights, and Dick Cepek polished wheels are all part of the upgrades that are equal parts style and substance. It makes for a total package that will have you looking for Cars and Coffee on Saturday and an isolated trail on Sunday.

The interior gives you the best of both worlds. You can have a comfortable and loaded cruiser, but this also has the best off-road-ready features. This Bronco has a ton of features you don’t get in many classics, including high back bucket seats up front, cup holders, a center console, and a touchscreen infotainment stereo with speakers in the headliner. Plus, the cold-blowing R134a air conditioning is ideal no matter if the hardtop is on or off. More than just luxury, this custom remains off-road ready with liner paint color-matched in green and a comprehensive roll cage. And to make sure you have proper control of this comfortable and capable package, you have a sports steering wheel on a Flaming River tilt column, twin-stick 4×4 shifters, Dakota Digital VHX gauges, and a Sniper EFI controller on the A-pillar.

Underneath the hood is a bright and tidy setup that shows off some serious power. This 351 cubic-inch V8 is larger than anything the Ford factory ever gave this generation. It’s built with the right pieces, like Ford Racing aluminum valve covers, a matching air grabber, an aluminum radiator, a full MSD ignition setup, and Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads. It’s topped with a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system for the best in power and control. And speaking of control, the upgrade to a five-speed manual transmission puts you in the center of the action. The undercarriage looks fresh enough to put a mirror under, and you’ll also spot all the off-road-ready components. This includes the two-speed 4×4 transfer case, the lifted stance, dual off-road shocks, and General Grabber tires. But even if you just want this Bronco to be the toughest machine on the streets, power steering and four-wheel power disc brakes make this a solid cruiser.

Complete with restoration photos, this sharply restored Bronco has the right features to take you deep into nature where no one else is. But really, you’re just going to love it because it’s so premium that it will be parked up front at the valet stand where everyone can see it. It’s a true stunner for those who want the best.
