A true American icon, the Boss 429 Mustang is one of the most sought after muscle cars on the market. With just 500 being built in 1970, this Grabber Blue example is a stunning example of the rare car. KK2210 was built in October of 1969, and sold in October of 1970. Currently believed to be on its 6th owner, the car has a well detailed history, with a full writeup by one previous owner who was able to find just about every detail on the car. This Boss wears its original colors and has the numbers matching engine and transmission. Under the 3rd owner in the early 2000’s, the car received a repaint, and had reproduction door tags in place of the originals which had since gone missing. According to one previous owner, the sheet metal is all original, and at the time of repaint there was no rust to be found. The interior was also cleaned and re-dyed to look just as original as the exterior. New Magnum 500’s and Goodyears were added to the car under the 4th owner in their restoration work. Included with the car are many original documents, notes from previous owners, a few photos printed out during restoration and paint, and a few written invoices detailing the work put into the car. Don’t miss your chance at owning this beautiful collector Boss.
