1965 Lincoln Continental convertible. I was in the process of fixing this vehicle when life events have made me rethink a few things. With that being said. The top works and is not ripped, the brakes are new, rotors, master, rebuilt the carb, spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, tie rods, steering links, radiator and res pressure tested and are good (now) thermostats, water pump ( pulled the factory and its in great shape much better than the aftermarket…
1965 Lincoln Continental convertible. I was in the process of fixing this vehicle when life events have made me rethink a few things. With that being said. The top works and is not ripped, the brakes are new, rotors, master, rebuilt the carb, spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, tie rods, steering links, radiator and res pressure tested and are good (now) thermostats, water pump ( pulled the factory and its in great shape much better than the aftermarket ones available) so I put it back in, temp sensor, trans pan and gasket, rear main seal, oil pan gasket. I’m sure I’ve forgotten things also. The back windows do not roll up or down but I tested the motors (hot wire) and they went up and down. I did not get to tracing back the wires to pin point the problem yet.
