The F-85 represents a truly unique choice in this segment of 1960s automobiles. They were never built in the huge numbers and unlike the bulk of the cars it competed against, F-85s were all V-8 powered, featuring an all-aluminum block from Buick, but with Oldsmobile's own heads with wedge-shaped combustion chambers. Our client purchased this car about 2 years ago from a seller who said it was perfect, well it was very nice but all the little details needed to be addressed and has since gone through and spent thousands and thousands of dollars making sure items are like new and in operating condition. A full engine rebuild was commissioned and balanced by one of the best shops in town, Transmission was previously done in ’15 and shifts smoothly, braking system addressed, fuel system addressed, wiring addressed, widows, custom audio sound works, top working perfectly, heater, cooling system, lights turn signals etc etc … trim pieces you name it the car is a very stand-up automobile he regular takes to shows and drives at highway speeds with no issues. This is a lovely F85 Oldsmobile and probably the best around.
