It was a sales success form introduction and proved to be affordable, reliable, and adaptable to just about any customer need. This 1950 Ford F1 is a tribute to its class with a tastefully aged body and paint, hinting at lots of adventures over it’s 72 years of use. This truck is believed to be a three-owner truck and sports a 239ci Flat head V8 and period correct 3 speed manual transmission. The truck is basic by design as such there’s not much to break. The factory compliment of gauges are in working order, and the necessary – road legal – essentials such as headlights, taillights and window wiper are operational too. The truck has no body or frame rot. Amazingly, this 72-year-old F1 runs and drives like near new! With little more than a purr from the flathead V8 and a smooth shifting transmission and even the ride is nice! The interior has a freshly finished, Brown, bench seat with matching vinyl headliner.
